About Me

I’ve spent the bulk of my career in corporate communications, most recently as Executive Director of Employee Communications for Verizon. I’ve worked in an array of capacities: media spokesperson; speechwriter; annual report and newsletter editor; and video producer/writer/director, among others.

I was responsible for employee communications during two of the biggest corporate mergers in U.S history – Bell Atlantic/NYNEX and the Bell Atlantic/GTE combination that created Verizon. One of the things I’m most proud of is overseeing internal communications for Verizon as our employees restored phone and data service on Wall Street and at the Pentagon in the aftermath of the Sept. 11 attacks.
